As a bodyshop we undertake all types of vehicle body repairs from insurance to

the private paying customers.  We repair and paint cars, vans, motorbikes

When you come to Hanover Motors you will be greeted by a qualified

ATA Vehicle Damage Assessor who will ask several questions on how the

damage happened.  This is to get a clear view of the damage to be assessed.

An estimate will then be carried out for the damage to your vehicle.

If you are proceeding through your insurance company we will, to save you time,

contact your insurer for you and email them a copy of the estimate.  Your insurer

may send out an engineer to inspect the damage and agree totals with us.

On agreement of the repairs we will order any parts required and arrange a

booking in date at your convenience.

For Private paying customers, we can offer you discounted repair rates, 

replacement vehicles and a parts discounts if available.

If you are happy with the estimate we will then arrange a booking in date

at your convenience.

In the event of the accident not being your fault, we will at your request

contact the third party, or the person that hit you, to come to some

arrangement regarding payment of your repairs.  Or, we may transfer your

information to one of our Non Fault Management Companies, who will deal

with all aspects of your repair any making contact with any third party
