If you have been the victim of a non-fault accident it is up to you the owner of the vehicle who repairs your vehicle.

The third party or person that has caused the damage to your vehicle or indeed your insurance company cannot demand or tell you were to bring YOUR car.  Its your car, you have the choice.

Therefore as a Non-Fault accident we can use the services of a Accident Management company that specialise in these Non Fault claims.

You may then be provided with a replacement vehicle, a solicitors if required, have NO Insurance Excess to pay and most importantly have your vehicle repaired were you want to.
